Updated review:Customer service emailed me and sent me a new charger. The new one works just great.So disappointed. I bought this for use at the hospital for my current medical issues. It charged and worked fine the first time. Second time, it won’t charge, and won’t work. It is just dead.

Update 3/19/2019Yoobao Customer Service reached out to me after I posted the review below and sent me a replacement which I received four days ago. While it is still too early to comment on the performance of the replacement, I will admit that I am very impressed with the customer service. In that area, they definitely get five stars. I will assume that the first unit I received was defective and have now updated my rating for the product from one to five stars because the product did work remarkably well before it broke. It held charges for long periods of time and charged my devices very quickly. Once I did not charge it for three months and I was still able to use it to fully charge my iPhone twice. I’ll definitely continue to update this review based on my experience with the replacement.3/9/2019 - Broke in seven monthsThis Yoobao portable charger was a lightning deal and since it has a dual output, I thought it would be a good deal for my growing collection of devices when i go on trips. It worked fine while it lasted but the power button has now caved in and there is no way to turn it on for use. I am extremely disappointed in the lifespan of this item. I have a Ravpower portable charger that I bought in 2015 that still works very well and I feel cheated with this Yoobao purchase.

*Updated review* I am updating my review because the seller read my original review and insisted on sending me a new power bank at no charge. I didn't contact them or ask for them to do this. The new power bank arrived and it works perfectly. Remember to read and follow the directions that come with the power bank. When charging two devices, it works best if you use outlet 1 for a phone and outlet 2 for a kindle or tablet. This seller will stand behind their product. Excellent seller, excellent product.Original review:I can't recommend this charger because it will not charge two devices simultaneously as it is supposed to do. It charges one device just fine, but if I plug in a second device, it stops charging both of them. The seller suggested several steps to try to correct this problem, but nothing worked and we ultimately decided the one I got was defective. Because it does work to charge one device, they offered me a refund of half the cost, which I felt was fair, however I am now looking for another power bank to charge two devices simultaneously and I won't be buying another Yoobao. I was satisfied with the resolution of the problem, but I don't want to have the same problem again.

Purchased in September 18 for a family trip. It was difficult to use because it kept “turning off” in the middle of charging our devices. We had to constantly check that it was still working. That was straight out of the box.Now it’s January 2019 and after maybe 2 more uses this device refuses to charge despite trying several different usb micro cables, including the original that shipped with the device.I would not buy this brand again.Update: Yoobao Customer Service reached out to me after I posted this review. They sent me a replacement battery bank on Jan 16 2019 and ask that I update or delete my original based on the replacements performance. It is still too early to comment on the replacements longevity but I will say that it does not turn off in the middle of charging like it’s predecessor. Based on this I’ve updated my original review from 1 to 2 stars. I’ll continue to update this review, as if anyone besides Irene at Yoobao customer service cares. Hi Irene! I purchased this to keep on hand when out playing Pokemon Go and away from an outlet. It is lightweight and easy to carry in a pocket and does not add any extra weight to my phone while I'm playing. Charging is easy and just requires an outlet and the enclosed mini cable (or my Kindle cable which is the same model). There are four tiny, tiny lights on the upper left of the unit (right where the cable plugs in) that flash blue when the unit is charging and then turn solid when finished. When the unit is fully charged all four lights are solid blue. I really like that charging my phone is super easy as well, and I just use my regular lightning cable. I get several full charges from this, and it provides constant power to my phone while it is charging. This also has a flashlight feature which is a nice bonus.The only thing I do not love is that this does not have an automatic off feature so it continues to send power to my phone even when my phone is fully charged. It's not a huge deal but it's worth mentioning.Overall, this is a compact, relatively lightweight, powerful unit and I certainly recommend it.

Here's a photo of the charging lights. Tired of my phone being discharged requiring sit-down time on the charging stand. Mobility is the name of the game! 3 hrs for 1 charging light so far. I like the color. I like the round curves. I've had thinner & wider license plates and much rather prefer this SEA GREEN tv remote! That is, the battery is powerful.Buy it without qualms...it's fantastic
