No complaints...!!!!
Hope this is helpfulThis machine does a very good job!The first time I use it, I was not very impressed, been a pickle hand trimmer...But ones the flower dried.. any small leafs that wore left from the trimmer were gone (shrunk) or knocked off by a gentle rubbing on the rack ones dry. (Then collect that shake and enjoy..)was it like a hand trim....? Come on now.... off course not... but good enough in a fraction of the time..!!!!I also trim wet, tried it dry and prefer wet.I cut the flowers of the stems, lite clipping and in they go... no stems no sticks or fans..Although you can.....personal preference....If your flowers are sticky!! Clean the top AnD bottom of the plant. Same a hand trimmingYou wipe your blades.. right?I also figured out a way to collect the shake before it reaches the blower, so it doesn’t ruin the shake (if you care) and the blower don’t get caked:) (less cleaning)Overall, I would buy another without a ?!

This machine works great after all that haha!!
The first set of 3 boxes came ups and they were still not completely destroyed but looked quite trafficked.. so I open it and foam everywhere from the crushing then I notice a flat piece that should be round that connects the fan to the hose.. ok so I dig further to my dismay and find the actual main frame has been what looks like dropped from some height and a corner has a 3 set of screws completely sheared off. (Have picures of all parts btw) so I look still and see more stripped screws in the frame.. that's when the return/exchange along with an extensive clean up and repackaging of all the little parts began with the seller thru lovely Amazon but still direct with seller... so after a week of this 3 stack of boxes in my kitchen waiting to get a proper shipping label because Awesome Amazon only generated 1 label and the seller needed to get back to me on the labels directly..So I finally get the labels and they go back and I'm waiting for word on whTs going on and I suddenly get a call form a shipping company with a delivery in the next few day no further info was given so a few days later the truck comes and drops off a skid this time all wrapped up real nice so I open it and the new one was almost perfect besides one stripped screw in the upper frame. No crushed foam or mess either. Besides the promised discount that I never recieved and all the stealthy reship stuff I never knew was coming thinking I was waiting for nothing the product was top quality worked great for me after adjustment of course but the device is solid and the only star was taken for the communication with the main company and the sellers failed discount offer..

Not worth it
Nowhere near as good as a good old fashioned hand trim, dry trim will eat your flowers up! If you run them just a little to dry!

Constantly breaking down
We purchased centurion pro mini on December 3 of 2020. It arrived defective, from the tumbler to the clip on the cutting reel, it literally took us 2 weeks to get it to work properly. Centurion sent us a whole new unit on the 16 of December. It worked for 2 weeks. Then on New Year’s Eve the capacitor on the blower went bad. It took a week to replace. Parts arrived on the 7 of January. Then by the 23rd of January less then 2 weeks later the bearing went bad on the blower motor. From the tine we purchased this unit brand new it didn’t work due to defective assembly and since then there has been numerous breakdowns. We have only been able to use this unit about 25% of the time we wanted to due to these breakdowns. As we write this the machine is broke down and I’m still waiting to hear from their customer support two hours after placing my call.We paid $5400 for a piece equipment that it is not remotely comparable with the pricing.I am very disappointed with centurion trimmer, it is not reliable and the build quality is poor.
