For calls these are great! I have not had one person to complain about call audio and I can hear clearly with them. As far as music, they sound really good. The sound is evenly balanced, and at this price point there's no complaints. Finally, the build quality seems pretty study as well.

The sound quality is perfect as expected from jvc products. The little ear hooks are a bit big on my ears & they don’t bend but they’re still comfortable. I love them! I just wish there were options for the ear hook

Cordial Greetings,About 6 months ago I bought TWO of the JVC Sport True Wireless Earbuds Headphones, Lightweight and Compact, with Long Battery Life (up to 30 Hours), Sound with Neodymium Magnet Driver, Water Resistance (IPX5) - HAEC25TB (Black), Small. But two months ago I couldn't enjoy them anymore, because the left earphone stopped playing and sometimes the volume felt too low. Seeing the problem with my headphones, I resorted to the solutions suggested by the seller to solve the sound problems (picture attached), but none of them worked, so I tried to get more help and to have good customer service. I found that there is no customer support in my country (Colombia) and unfortunately, there is no help or solutions from the company to solve my problem. What can I do? The only thing I can say is that it is a defective product with loss of sound in one earphone and that the customer support from JVC is very very deficient.

Wish they were louder. The right one did stop working but I called JVC and I was assisted in correcting the problem. I was told to disconnect Bluetooth from all devices. Place the left one in the charger, letting the light come on. Then place my finger over the earpiece and wait 15 seconds for the light to flash. With the left earpiece still in place repeat the same with the right earpiece.Update: Dropped one in the water by shore line and accidentally put them in the dryer for 20 minutes and they still work.

I got these for the battery life. I take a lot of long hikes and like to listen to podcasts while on the trails. I have a pair of knock-off Beats earbuds that sound great, but the battery life is about 10 hours and they die out on the trail a lot. The JVC buds are comfortable and sometimes I forget I have them in while talking to others on the trail, the battery life is a good 20+ hours. The sound quality is not there, what ever I am listening to sounds like it is coming in on AM radio. The sound is distance and I have tried all three sounds settings on the buds. If you want to listen to audio books or podcast this buds are good for you, if you want to listen to music you might want to try something else.

Previously I had worn JVC HA-ECX20 wired sports earbuds, they were coming to the end of their battery lifecycle so I thought I would try the JVC wireless version, big mistake. As I was very pleased with the wired version, I am very displeased with this version, sound is good, battery life is good, but the buds do not stay in the ear. So unless I am setting still this earbud is useless. The should have used the same ear hook that was on their wired version.
