It is easy to write a REVIEW for this product - as I am a 2nd-Time purchaser! Rather than spend a fortune going to the ear doctor for painful wax removal - I have very small ear canals - I found these and was amazed at how well they work! They are comfortable to use, and soft, but do the job, and I love how much it gets out! If you have wax problems, this is the product to try! If it didn't work so well, I wouldn't be a return buyer!

I liked the ptice and i use it to remove ear wax without pushing the wax back into my ears.

The item is okay, but the downside is that the instruction tells you about a case for the earpieces, yet there was no storage case in the order at all. ????

website says it comes with a storage case and two sizes of tips. Nadda. no storage case and only one size tip. Even the directions that comes with it does not match up to what's actually in the package. However, am keeping the item because it seems to work.

Not Q grips. Brand is Huasite. Vaguely resembles Q grips.

At first I was a bit skeptical since similar products have gotten bad reviews, but for the price it was definitely worth it! It was soft and got the wax out. Just gently insert and twist according to the arrows and it will get the wax out, don't go too hard.

Well made but in the interest of safety the product seems too short to be effective.
