it's thick, it feels good on baby's skin (I know because it feels nice in my hands), has had numerous washings and is still brightly colored. I have bought others that I regret - I don't know the "thread count" on this but it doesn't feel waxy like low budg ones do. I think it's adorable and goes with our nature motif - total winner for my home!!

Nice soft cotton. Cute design. Navy is very dark - almost blackish. Went to the designer's website and ordered additional fabric to make matching nursery curtains.
