40 oz Premium Glass Teapot with Removable Infuser, Blooming and Loose Leaf Tea Pots, 1200ml Tea Kettle

I’ve enjoyed really top notch customer service from this company with this teapot. My first one, I must have had the gas burner turned up too high, as the handle melted. I mentioned this in my review and was immediately contacted by the company, who insisted on replacing the pot at no cost. Certainly something I never expected. The replacement has arrived and enjoys a permanent spot on my smallest burn, from which it makes great tea (it’s really nice to be able to see the tea and pour it at the right depth of color) and a quick means to make water boil for my French Press.

So far I am really loving this teapot! I have made three pots of tea in it, and all three times I heated the water on the stove as you can see in the picture. I did not put the plastic lid on while I was heating the water and made sure the handle was upward, just in case since it is plastic as well. The handle got a little warm when I would lift it off the heat of the stove but it cooled off very quickly. I did find that there were a couple of little specs from the tea floating in the water, but I was using something with very small pieces and the leakage was minimal. I took a picture of the mugs we were using and how much tea was left in the pot after filling both of them almost full so you can see that you can get probably three generous size cups of tea out of this pot. I wouldn't use this if I were just making enough for one because the water might not reach high enough for the leaves to steep, but I have a single serve teapot for that so it isn't an issue for me. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be a handle to help take out the tea diffuser, because it is quite hot after steeping in the boiling water. I bought the tea warmer separate from the pot and I'm loving it. It works great to keep the tea warm.

However I have to return it due to the quality is not what I expected because the main reason I bought this pot is for using on the stove for rooibos tea.Pro: the handle is very niceCons:1.The lid is flimsy and thin. It looks like that it will be melted if I directly put in on the stove to boil the water.2. The inner bottom of the glass is not smooth and has couple Bubbles, it seems like the quality control is not a good. Again, I’m afraid it will crack very soon if I used on stove.Generally, not recommended if you want to use it directly on the stove.

It’s beautiful and works great but the loose leaf filter came broken :(

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. I was disappointed with the packaging. It appears to be a display model without any paper work or supporting packaging so it won't break. I decided not to give this as a gift, because of the poor appearance of the package. The teapot is cute, but I don't know if it is safe to use on an electric stove because it didn't come with any instructions for care or warranty.

I bought another brand before this one based on its 5 star rating but after a week of use, the handle became loose and I had to return it. After some searching, I found this one. Having used it on gas stove for about two weeks I am certain this is one of my best picks from Amazon. The glass seems thicker, the design is pretty and serves better function. The handle is on top, avoiding heat from stove and making it easy to handle and last longer. And the price is very reasonable, too. Highly recommend.

The kettle has a nice design holes a good amount of water and the strainer is great the only problem is when you leave it on the stove boiling for a little while the handle melt fix the handle and it will be a great kettle. While it was still hot I pressed it back together And it kind of soldered back.

This is a nifty and attractive little teapot. The tea leaves diffuse nicely from the stainless steel insert to the surrounding hot water, and you can watch the tea brew and remove the insert when the desired strength (color) is reached. I really love it. It's unique.
