how does everyone say this is the right adapter?..my FR-300 has the middle pin negative...this charger looks like it is reversed..

just want to know where I can get a cell phone charger adapter for a Eton 300?

can anyone verify that that this is the right fr300 Eton adapter with a middle negative pin?

I just got this and it is 5V @ 1A. The radio's manual state the charger should be 4.5V @ 200ma or the battery will be damaged. What's your experience?
