Great!
I use this mostly for sterilizing my baby's feeding equipment, and it works wonderfully. It holds several items at one time and heats up pretty quickly. Easy to clean and store. Love how it comes with tongs and a bottle cleaner. It also warms up milk well, and I plan on using it for baby food when my baby moves on to solids.

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! I feel like I was completely duped purchasing this product - which is my own fault for not doing more research on the product. So, I am writing this review to hopefully steer away others who are thinking about buying this product. The first thing that made me aware that this product was not what I was expecting when I read the user manual and it is grammatically incorrect in several places. Then after reading the user manual, I felt like it didn't even explain well enough what I needed to do to work the machine. But it doesn't take a scientist to figure out how to use a bottle warmer so I tried it, and was so thoroughly disappointed with the results, but I figured it must be a user error, so I reread the manual thinking I must be doing something wrong because the bottle breast milk was still ice cold. Also the manual said that the light on the knob would be red during heating and turn green when heated, the light never really looked red and then I had to adjust the knob to get it to turn green. But as I said earlier, the milk was still always ice cold - unless I put the setting on heat food for a good 10 mins then the bottle of milk would finally get to at least room temperature. If you look at the box it says that it heats breast milk to 104 F and heats food to 158 F, well with this warmer you're lucky to get your bottle to room temperature let alone 98.6 F which is good considering 104 F is too hot for breast milk and starts to kill nutrients at that temperature. All in all I after using this warmer, you're better off warming up a bowl of hot water in the microwave and sticking the bottle in that to warm it up, which is exactly what I was doing before I wasted my money on this warmer and is what I went back to once I decided to send this back.

Very slow bottle warmer
This is the slowest bottle warmer I've ever used. With it set on the bottle warming temp, it takes 10-15 min for a bottle to go from refrigerator cold to body temp. I would not recommend this if all you need is a bottle warmer.

Twin Mom - not fast enough
The bottle warmer didn’t do work fast enough for us.. we have twins and make up the bottles ahead of time in the refrigerator so it takes longer for them to warm. We tried the “heat food” setting as recommended for cold bottles and it still was taking just as long as setting it in a bowl of hot water in our sink. Nice product but not quick enough - returned and ended up buying a Munchin Warner from target for $24.99.

The heater that made my life easier
Hey, I bought this product in October 2017 when my son switched from breast milk to formula. I hated the idea of warming milk, washing bottles and sterilizing them... that was an upcoming nightmare, but what could we do...I hated to sterilize bottles in microwave and pots for the first months. I needed this product desperately... it was $50 at that point and I bought it secretly from my husband because I knew he would never agree to buy it, well his comment was "So you bought a cattle for $50, right?" but he agreed to leave it though. He admitted later that it was a good point to have it. I always left water inside the warmer and on OFF without unpluging it.Well, I do remember that several times I forgot bottels sterilizing over night. Nothing happend actually. In the instructions they say that it will turn off automatically if it runs out of water.I never left it at home while travelling, how can I sterilize pacifiers, bottels and warm milk in hotels? I even took it abroad and it helped me a lot!!! I LOVED this product....Jan 2018: I recently forgot to turn it off (as it already happend with me before) but surprisingly the auto off failed and it was heating an empty Warmer. In a day it started leaking after 14 months of usage! And it could probably last for a longer period if not that accedent. My son is 18 months and he still drinks formulas and I warmed food and sterilized pacifiers in it lately. I would love to have another one but I not sure if I needed it that much now for a toddler. I noticed it is slightly cheaper but the logo I have on mine says "Beleef" not that is on the pics now.I hope that was somewhat helpful.

Awesome
My daughter just had a baby and I bought the bottle warmer because we didn't want her warming the bottle in the microwave and is the best thing that we could have done for her works really well

Waste of money.
$50 for a piece of junk that slowly warms up water, which will in turn slowly warm up your bottle. Want to save time AND money? Pour hot water from the faucet in a big cup then heat your bottle that way. It’ll do the same thing but quicker, and you don’t have to blow $50.There is complete lack of instructions with this item. I am attaching pictures of the only instructions that were included. It’s full of grammatical errors and inaccurate information, and it’s just confusing. It takes forever to warm the water up and even if you put the setting on warm milk, it only brings it up to barely luke-warm.How this thing has so many good reviews is beyond me. What’s interesting is how most of the reviews are for a book, not this item. Either shady business practices or my amazon app on my phone is glitched out. This item is a scam.

Loving it! Perfect not only for babies but the elderly too!!
We bought this for our 90-ish granny. It arrived two days ago and we have been using it to heat or warm bottles of milk and congee! It’s really convenient and efficient! We and the aides are really loving it indeed!!
