Good but...
Bit too bulky. Makes it kind of obvious. Well built and does the job though. Metal frame for nails holds up frame and pistol just fine. Real wood. Looks good.

Decent Concept, But Could Be ImprovedThe idea of a picture frame with hidden storage is great, and it does serve its purpose. The frame looks nice on the wall and blends in well with other décor. However, the storage compartment is smaller than expected, and the build quality could be better—it feels a bit flimsy when opening and closing. It’s a decent option, but I wish it were sturdier and had more space inside.

Hiding spot for valuables in plain sight
Shelf completely as advertised. I checked the size of items I wished to tuck in there, AND the dimensions of the 'picture' before I purchased. It looks great and is wide enough to put my items inside. Panel slides easily to open when I need to get into interior. Frame is tight (no gaps as one person indicated), and it's wide enough to hold an item on top, too. I highly recommend for smaller item collection. My carpenter hubby approved, too.
