Not even 4 weeks and the bulb has failed
Soon after installing I noticed that the bulb would flicker. This is the 4th week of this bulb's operation in my lamp and the filaments eventually flickered so frequently until they now barely light up at all. The bulb spends more time in darkness than giving off light. Very disappointed because it was the perfect type of bulb for this lamp.

Looks Great!
Yes this. These bulbs last me a long time anyway, but having an LED version is swell. I'm hoping these last with me until my retirement. So, about 30 more years. That's realistic, right?The light color is great--you don't notice it's LED, which is all anyone wants in addition to the long-lasting qualities.

Great bulbs...if they send the correct ones.
These are really cool. They work really well is the ceiling fixture that I have them in, as the non-chrome section is recessed into the glass shades. The bulbs themselves are great, but out of the three that I ordered, only two were chromed and one was a regular, non-chrome bulb. I chatted up Amazon customer service, and they sent a replacement, and allowed me to keep the non-chrome bulb, as well. Just don't be surprised if you get a mismatch in bulbs.

Serious Quality Control Problems
The media could not be loaded. I've tried *two* different wattages of this Top YAO product and both yielded a horrifying blinking disaster. As in holiday lights. As in funhouse. Returned immediately. Attached is a video of one of the petit mal episodes.

Flicker
After at least 5 bulbs over 18 months, only 1 continues to work. The rest ended their life by flickering as bad as a strobe light. Some right away and had a replacements, some in just a few weeks so I could not get a replacement, and now two after about 18 months. Stay away! LEDs should last much longer than this.

Bulb worked for a while then started flickering and died.
As other reviewers have noted these bulbs fail by flickering. Not reliable. Not recommended.

Great bulb!
If this bulb lasts as long as it is rated to, I'll be very happy with it. With the half-silver finish on this bulb, I am finally able to enjoy my pendant reading lamp without the awful glare it used to have. The fact that it is dimmable is a plus, as well.
