I am really happy with the FITBIT inspire tracker. I got the yellow one, the colour is really good. Looks very trendy. I got the tracker mainly for tracking my steps and to use it while swimming. Highly recommend it!!

How can I exchange?

The box arrived already opened. The inside perforated seal had been broken before I received the item. Not sure if this means it’s a used or returned product, but I was under the impression it was supposed to be new.

The fitbit inspire 3 is a fantastic device for both my kids (aged 10 and 11). They absolutely love wearing them to track their daily activities and progress. It has become a fun way for them to stay motivated and understand their own health. Here is why it’s a hit for my kids: Health insights: The kids love monitoring their daily sport performance, but they are also very engaged with the deeper metrics. They regularly check their sleep quality scores, daily recovery scores, resting heart rate, and HRV (Heart Rate Variability). It’s amazing to see them learn how their bodies react to exercise and rest. User-friendly interface: The watch is incredibly intuitive. The interface is bright, clear, and very easy to navigate, even for younger users. They mastered all the features within a day. Great motivational tools: Beyond the basic tracking, the move reminders are helpful for them to keep active throughout the day, and the gamification of hitting step goals makes it feel like a fun challenge. Battery life: The battery life is impressive. Even with active use, it lasts several days, meaning fewer interruptions for charging. The Fitbit app also provides a great overview, allowing them to see trends over time and stay excited about their health journey.

I really love this watch. It has a slim profile and a nice little touch screen. It tells the time. I can see my phone's notifications easily so I don't have to pull out my phone each time. I like the heart rate tracking function. I don't use most of the other activity functions but it has a pretty good step counter too. It has a find phone function that works well as long as you are within Bluetooth range. I've needed that a couple times so far. I'm not crazy about the stop watch feature because you can't start it then go back to the other menus, like looking at the time, without stopping the stop watch. If you can, I haven't figured it out. Battery life is good, I usually charge it once a week or so. It's been completely water resistant when I shower and even had a water lock you can turn on so the water droplets don't trigger touch input. It seems durable enough for regular wear and use, but I wouldn't test crushing it on purpose. App pairing was pretty easy the first time but when I got a new phone I had a little trouble unpairing and repairing to the new phone, I ended up factory resetting it but it isn't really a problem because all your info is stored in the app and cloud. Sleep tracking seems pretty accurate. I do wish I could customize the features a little more, like it does activity tracking with "zone minutes" but I really don't care about that, but it still shows up as I tap through the metrics on the watch home screen. Same with calorie burning. Not sure how accurate the calorie burning tracker is. All in all it's a great watch. I wanted a modern style smartwatch without getting something very expensive or really bulky. This is the right watch for the right price.

Really good product which provides health information. Easy to wear, very confortable, light. The strap can be changed if needed which is convenient so the device can still be used. Charging fast and easy to do with the cable. Maybe the cable could have been longer. Size small, but enough to read the details. Easy to link to the app, now google home which provided all the information. Durable, and the battery last for long.
