Great as far as I can tell
I’m taking this with a bunch of supplements for heart health. Bought after watching a Dr. Berg video about it. I am seeing significant improvements. I’m not sure specifically what is helping me but I’m going to continue to take this for the foreseeable future.These are like gel capsules and are small and easy to swallow. I only wish more came in the bottle for the price.
