I purchased these vitamins 1 month ago for my 7 year old son. I was hesitant because they needed to be swallowed. To my surprise he swallows them very easily every morning abs has not given me push back. I had read that they had a bad smell but that is not the case. They have no smell at all.Most importantly I can truly say they have helped my son in school, in sports and even with his confidence. Even his ticks which just recently started over the summer have gone away. I am very happy so far and hope that they continue to help him. His teacher even sent me an email telling me that she could see improvement and a change in his confidence.I remember before him taking them I would jave to constantly refocus him while doing homework. We still have times where he needs to be redirected or refocused but not like before and of course he is 7 so a lot of this is age but for him there the focus issue was a little bit more than most kids.Thankfully this is only the second product i tried and it is working. I would definitely recommend it. Hope this helps another family looking and undecided just like I was.

First of, Im NOT one to review, but I feel this is a must...My 9 year old has been "diagnosed with ADHD" and has been taking meds for almost 2 years. I am not a fan or have ever liked the idea of this, but they helped her at school so gave in, BUT never stopped researching and thankfully came across this. Today marks 1 week of replacing her drugs with this vitamin, it was hard for 3 days, I guess it was the drugs leaving her system, but 3 days now and I have noticed a huge difference in her. She was always in a bad mood, not lovable, no emotions, always seemed depressed and now, she's a different person, she's happy!!! She has not argued back, sits and listens and most importantly she's laughing and playing seems like a normal little girl, and yes, very very focused. It has helped we are quarantined with and she's been home schooled and I thought I would be having a hard time, but nope, she's exited and happy doing her work and refuses my help when I ask if she needs it. I can't express how happy this makes me. I strongly believe this may be the solution to "adhd" Im very happy and will continue her on this.

I have a sim 6 yrs old who is diagnosed with ADHD, autism spectrum and hyperlexia. He is very talent and extremely smart. However very busy, and sometimes doesn’t pay attention in home school because his brain is very charged all the time with many information. He take it everyday now and I realized he is more focus and attentive a homeschool. So far very good.

Company recently updated their packaging and names, so make sure you are getting the correct dosage/flavor you think you are. We chose to go with this higher dosage and were surprised to find that the gels are NOT strawberry, and definitely have a fishy smell. My 7 year old son does fine taking them with no complaints, but I guarantee my other 2 kids would throw a fit about this change. Also, not sure there is a whole lot of difference in 'dosage' if you're just taking 4 pills instead of 2. Could easily go back to the strawberry ones and just take 4 to get essentially the same results, but with a higher pricetag.

So happy to have discovered these gems. Our son who has ADHD benefits greatly from fish oil and phosphatidylserine. To have a supplement that has both together makes taking vitamins even easier. Super easy to swallow and no complaints from our 7 year old. Always love the high quality of Nordic naturals.

The media could not be loaded. Me parecen excelentes vitaminas. Mi hijo tiene 13 años y no es diagnosticado absolutamente de nada pero le resulta difícil enfocarse especialmente en la escuela. Está haciendo escuela de verano ahora y le compre estas vitaminas y él no se olvida de tomarlas pues dice que cree que sí le están funcionando pues le resulta más rápido volverse a enfocar cuando pierde la concentración , y está mucho mejor en la escuela . Tengo que añadir que todavía no ha terminado de tomarse el frasco entero. Vale la pena probarlas. Cuando las decidí comprar pensé :No pierdo nada al comprarlas aunque no funcionen pues al final son vitaminas para adolescentes . Pero sí las recomiendo.

My daughter is 8 and previously REFUSED to swallow a pill of any kind. Saw another reviewer mentioned her LO chew and then spit out the shell coating- she did that but suddenly tried to swallow and now feels cool 😎 now she alternates and loves the taste! Actually have to monitor closely so she doesn’t sneak more! GREAT PRODUCT and LOVE this company- 💯

Did not see any improvement after 3 months of my son taking these. Also, he took them well enough but it was a struggle most days.
