Typical Barbara Cartland storytelling
I wasn't wild about the whole sultan scenerio; it just didn't seem to go with the rest of the story. The end was nauseatingly sappy, the worst I've seen of her books so far. I came away with the idea that the last fifth of the book was written to meet a deadline, or something. I'm pretty sure I've read better stuff from her, but with 700+ books I guess I can't expect every one of them to shine!

The ship of love
This is an interesting book with an onusual book with an unusual ending with all the adventure and romance you could want in unforeseen ways. The ending looks hopeless but the heroine is rescued at the last minute.

Love Cartland
I love Barbara Cartland. Now that everything is being converted to digital, I can get rid of my paperback collection. I love the feature on my kindle that allows me to submit typo and formatting errors to help improve the copy for future buyers.

A ship of Love
This follows the well known formula of most Barbara Cartland novels. A few typos, but nothing to really distract the reader. An enjoyable escapist read.
