I had a cowl on a snowmobile that was cracked from heavy snow landing on it next to the side of my garage. This was perfect for fixing the cracks and bringing the strength back to the cowl and getting worse.

If you have small children, this turns Daddy into Super Daddy as you will be able to repair all of their little toys. But don't do it in the kitchen, because the ends that you have to nip off will go flying and you won't be able to find them until you step on them. Or you can hold the end with pliers before you cut it. I bought a cage for the bunny that they made me buy and it came with a cracked plastic frame. Rather than going through the trouble of returning or replacing, I just repaired the linear slit in the plastic with 3 of the wavy staples and it worked perfectly. I found that my Channel Lock wire cutters are easier/more efficient at cutting the wire ends than the nippers they supply, but their nippers work fine as well. Make sure you wait 30-45 seconds before trying to remove the gun from the staple. If the plastic is not cool, you will remove the staple you just placed. You will find many uses for this plastic welder. Highly recommended.
