**Q: Due to issue with mail carrier, found out from calling local p.o. mgr that carrier doesn't have to use porchbox that isn't usps-approved... so is it?**
A: Well. He or she doesn't. But once mine figured out it saved him returning a few times and packages not being stolen... He started to use it.
