Pine Tar Baseball Stick Pelican Bat Wax Grip Enhancer For Baseball Softball (Brown)

Very very sticky. Smells pretty good too. Not too messy, but does leave some residue on gloves/hands/helmet.

My baseball team has a Tiger Stick that we use for our wood bats, but I decided to go with the Pelican Stick because of some reviews I read. This is definitely easier to apply than Tiger Stick, and I would say it’s just as sticky or a little more sticky than Tiger Stick. I haven’t used it in extreme cold yet which is where it is supposed to be superior than Tiger Stick (for ease of application), so time will tell. I even used it to adhere the lineup card to a metal pole in the dugout when the tape I had rad out. I will buy it again.

My son got this for a gift originally and now won't use anything else to grip his bat. He uses it on his wood bat and his bbcor bats. It is easy to apply and all the boys in the dugout share it during the games. The only thing that would be an improvement would be some sort of container to keep it in so it doesn't get all over everything.

We have been thru tons of bat grips (From $10-$40 ) trying to find the one my son likes best.. This puts the TACK to old or new grips, is pretty easy to apply and doesn’t stay SUPER tacky for a real long time. Also doesn’t seem to transfer onto other stuff (helmet, uniform, etc.) really easily and stays in place well after applied. Also doesn’t melt in your bag like some do. Very pleased with this product!
