Very pleased with this it has been great when baking and in making drinks from infusing lemonade or tea to adding to mixed drinks.Made a cherry blossom crème brûlée using this and a powder, and it was the most talked about items from the event.

Refreshing flavor. Tastes great when mixed with ginger ale. I have also tried it with lychee juice and it's a great combo.

Tried this as an alternative to Portland Syrups rose cordial, which is made with both rose flowers and rose hips, while Floral Elixir Co.'s rose syrup is straight floral. It's good but I do wish it had proportionally less sugar and more rose so I could make my drinks more strongly rose-flavored without becoming cloying. I suppose the average American palate is acclimatized to excessive sugar in everything so my opinion is probably in the minority on that one.

One of my favorite syrups. This is a quality syrup product, that will last for many months in the refrigerator after opening. The flavor is strong yet sweet, so a little bit goes along way. It’s a unique but not an offensive flavor that I think most people have enjoyed. The color it lends to a drink is profound and memorable. It is a dark ritch maroon.For example, just one teaspoon of this juice, will change the color and flavor of an 8 ounce glass ginger ale. The smell is very mild and skewed towards a slight floral scent. However, be cautious of potential staining.If this item is used wisely the value for the money spent I think is fantastic. I have no idea what happened to the Floral elixir Lavender!?! I used to buy this all the time and it was my favorite syrup!🙁 The product i received did NOT taste the same! The color was brown?!? It used to be purple, and it tasted like an elderly woman’s perfume! I can only say that this happens to OLD syrup! I am extremely disappointed. The bottle was not expired. I would not buy or recommend this if this is the product being produced.

The photos are accurate to the product and thankfully it comes in a nice glass bottle. The packaging was very well-padded and there were no physical defects with the bottle when it arrived. The syrup itself isn’t too thick and it smells similar to a cherry flavored popsicle. It adds a very subtle pink hue to a clear drink, and its flavor is rather floral and subtle (also similar to a cherry popsicle). It does not taste like maraschino cherries nor the syrup that they’re packed with, but still easily recognizable as cherry without being too sweet. The syrup is versatile too, and can be used in cocktails, spritzers, and mocktails/sodas as well as iced teas and lemonades.

I got this jasmine syrup for my matcha drinks, but the syrup doesn’t have a strong jasmine taste and rather there’s a sour/citrusy flavor that comes in stronger. The syrup is a bit on the watery side, meaning it isn’t as thick as other syrups that I’m used to. Might fare better with cocktails instead. I do like that it is from a women-owned business, but I am surprised by the $7 shipping fee.

I love this stuff! I add it to my water and tastes so refreshing. I can’t wait to try the other flavors. Very fast shipping too. I’d give it a 10 if I could. Very happy with my purchase.
