So far, it does everything it says it will do. I love that it's 100% natural & only made with three ingredients - Anatolian Bee propolis, Deionized Water and Sea Salt.

Tastes like salt. Keeps my nose clear and moist. I like it.

Product works well. But the sprayer does not. It constantly clogs. I rinsed it out ran hot water through it. It sprayed twice and clogged up again. Finally switched it to another sprayer and have had no problems since.

I’d been using this spray since last summer when my functional medicine doctor recommended it. It was working great but they recently changed the formulation to add in oxymetazoline HCI without any notification. I contacted the company to find out why - they apparently wanted FDA approval. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this spray. They should have created a new listing for the updated product but I guess they didn’t want to start from ground zero with bad reviews.

I thought my chronically congested sinuses were the result of long COVID, but it turns out I was just allergic to central Texas. Tried this spray on a whim and have breathed clearly every day since. Now I won’t go without it.Highly recommended for allergy sufferers.

The delivery system is terrible! The sprayer is separated from the bottle. It requieres that you assemble it every time you use it and you also have to be careful not to loose any of the moving parts. Simply bot smart. Product itself works fine
