This free and clear detergent is my favorite. It seems to work well - dishes are clean and no residue. I think the key is to use less than you think you need (makes it last longer too!) I also appreciate that it doesn’t have any fragrance added.

Love the price! One bottle lasts us a couple months. The smell is amazing and cleans perfectly all while knowing the ingredients aren’t harmful!

The product is great, but this is a review about Amazon's policies. Amazon said the product was "undeliverable". Oh really?!? 😠 It was really because Amazon raised the price while it was in transit. It was a good price when I ordered it, and while in transit, Amazon decided to raise the price. I will get it elsewhere. Amazon disgusts me.

I’ve been trying to switch to cleaner, fragrance-free products, so I picked up Seventh Generation Free & Clear dishwasher detergent — and I’m honestly really impressed. First thing I noticed is that it truly has no scent at all, which I love. A lot of “free & clear” products still have a slight smell, but this one doesn’t. Performance-wise, it does a great job on everyday dishes. Plates, glasses, and silverware come out clean with no residue or film. I’ve even run loads with some dried-on food (nothing extreme), and it handled it well without needing to rewash. One thing to note — if your dishes are heavily soiled, you may still want to do a quick rinse beforehand. That said, I feel like that’s pretty standard for most detergents. What I really like is that I feel better using this for my family — especially knowing it’s a more environmentally conscious option without dyes or fragrances. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a gentle, effective, and truly fragrance-free dishwasher detergent. I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

Dirty dishes go into the dishwasher, clean dishes come out. There is no residue, no funny taste or smell. It doesn’t leave the machine dirty either. Love it!
