So far I really like this pan. I cannot speak to its durability yet, but I'll come back and alter the review it its too fragile to be practical. I bought it to replace the old-style, non-stick pasta pot that Ikea no longer makes. I had used that pan for years to make steam-fried pot stickers and gyoza dumplings. On my first test of this new pan on pot stickers it performed just as I hoped. I followed the manufacture's instructions on first wash and to use only low to medium heat settings. The pot stickers steamed through in a tiny amount of water and then when the water simmered away they began to fry in the tablespoon of oil I had added to the water. The pots stickers released from the pan effortlessly and had beautifully browned bottoms with a delicate crispiness just like they should. The pan worked flawlessly with the induction hob.I simple rinsed out the pan after it had cooled and wiped it with a damp dish cloth. It came clean with little effort. It came very well packaged with an informative care guide booklet. I appreciate the see through glass lid with vent, two pour spouts and nice bake-lite handles that stay cool and are easy to grasp. The pan handles also have holes for hanging on a pot rack. The outside of the pan is charcoal color and the inside mineral non-stick coating is speckled like granite in brown and white. I have not yet tried it in the oven yet, except to find out if it fits in the medium sized counter top convection oven and it fits with plenty of room to safely grasp the handles still, even with the lid on. Overall I am quite pleased with the function and performance of this pan under the specific circumstances that I currently have. I'm pleased that this new non-stick coating has no fluoropolymers or plasticizers.

We have been through a few supposedly good cookware over the years. Like Tfal < (should be Tfail). Some of it our fault by misuse, live and learn. We have been using this Dutch oven / pasta boiler for a few weeks. From day one it was a nice change to our old stuff. It cleans with just a rinse. Pasta, potatoes, cheese even parmesan isn’t sticking to it. Pasta cooked at medium heat cooks perfectly. At first we thought the size (smaller than our old one) would be a hindrance but it’s proven otherwise.It really does cook better and evenly. And as I read in one of the reviews the handles Do Not Get Hot - only if you grab it wrong and touch the where it connects to the pot. Overall very happy! It’s also received compliments from our guests because it looks really nice.

This is my second Ecowin product. I was so impressed with the quality and ease of use with the first Ecowin, I ordered this one. After receiving this and using it, I ordered another one in different size. I have to use utensils induction top compatible and Ecowin works great. It heats the contents quickly and efficiently and afterwards; the cleanup is so easy. I thoroughly enjoy using this when cooking and highly recommend it.

Wife uses it for everyday meal preparation. Loves it . Easier and more convenient than using previous pots.

I found that it can scratch easily even if you use plastic utensils. The top also dented very easily, and in order to clean the top I had to unscrew the handle because water gets underneath the handle, and that is the only way to make sure it is dry.

I really like using this pot. Even heat and cleans well. It is best to read the insert before you use. Will make a difference in the life of your pot

I liked the other 2 pots so much that I bought this one to complete the set.
