Cardboard stuck in the toast section - unusable
Looks great, haven't used yet but on arrival there was a piece of cardboard stuck inside the machine itself (toast section) preventing the lever from lowering all the way. We had to unscrew the base plate and expose wiring to remove the cardboard. Lucky we have an engineer in the family or it would have been useless.
