Good brand, algae sourced well. Been using for years and my son since he was 11. He is now 15. He suffered from really bad nasal allergies (really bad, swollen nasal and throat glands, difficulty breathing all day including poor sleep at night) and was put on a nasal spray by his doctor. Nasal sprays of course have steroid and did not want my son on it long term. Weaned him off the nasal spray over a month by giving him 4 of these capsules daily. (Back then I opened them and stirred into to his morning cranberry juice). By a month later, it had fixed the root of the problem and only needed allergy meds maybe 10 days the rest of the Spring/summer. Now he uses allergy meds around two (2) times a Spring, if at all (no nasal sprays). Rest of the Spring and the year, no meds. I take it daily too but not for allergies, for maintaining a strong immune system (along with Sisu multivitamins and chewable vitamin C).

Pretty sure this broke me out! Algae including spirulina contain high iodine which can break you out!!! You’ve been warned
