Steel Fire Pit, 26-Inch

We read a couple reviews about rust, but we haven’t experienced any issues with rusting. It’s not huge, but it’s at least big enough to hold enough wood for 14 people to gather around and roast marshmallows and stay warm. Though, it never feels too big when it’s just my husband and me cozying up to it. It’s a metal fire-pit and it couldn’t sit more than 6” off the ground? So, there’s no surprise that it blackened the grass under it when we used it on the lawn... So, it’d probably be best to plan on using it over gravel, concrete, sand, etc., instead of your manicured lawn ;)We are happy with it. Definitely looks more black than grey. Looks nice. Works well. Great price. We are happy customers.

I've only used it once! I love its designed. Before I used it I had to coat/spray it with a high heat/rust proof paint as the metal seems a little flimsy. I got this fire pit is pretty cheap and I believe in "you get what you pay for" so it would be smart to coat it before your first use.Remember to coat/spray it with rust proof paint before use! It gives it protection. It's better safe than sorry. That goes with everything ;) lol.

Terrible waste of money.... oh but don't worry, at least you can have a nice looking rusted piece of crap.I bought this because I LOVED the way it looked..... And before reading the reviews. By the time I did read them, the package had shipped, and it was too late to cancel my order. Even AFTER coating it with a generous amount of rust proof paint, this thing still rusted. Extremely peeved anyone is allowed to sell such a terrible quality product. I'd give it ZERO STARS if that was even an option.I just saw that they upped the price on this! DO NOT PAY $200 for this piece of garbage!!! I paid 125 for mine and an am furious!

This item rusted immediately after first use. I love the design of it which is why I bought it but its not of the best quality and the poker is very short.

Have had several fires using the steel pit....Love it. Compared to others we looked at, this one offered the deepest pit. I was concerned that air flow might be affected by the depth but no problem.

Super easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and sits even in blocks.

This was good for about a week. It is an outdoor fire pit but after a week outdoors it is already covered in rust!! I would think for something sold for outdoor use it would have some kind of rust proof paint or some kind of rust protection. Now I am forced to either pay to return it or go buy rust proof paint and paint it after a week of use. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. For the price I paid the quality is very disappointing to say the least

Looks good for the amount paid for it. Haven't tried it yet.
