I bought this product based on the reviews and the price. I used the 1/2 inch adaptor one time since I purchased it to tighten some 21 mm bolts and the adaptor just snapped right in half. I think the product is well intended but the narrow neck is just weak to handle the forces expected of an impact driver. Though the delivery and product packaging was all great, none of that matters of the product breaks first time you use it.

The customer service is decent to say, they'll get back to you and keep getting back to you regarding your review, as far as product The first time I used one it snapped on me. You will 100% get what you pay for with these so it's up to you.

I used it with my 1/4” driver and it twisted in two after using it approximately twenty times. It did get the one job done so for the price it wasn’t a complete failure

A decent product for the price, the smallest one broke at the thinnest part put I was still able to use it

This set was exactly what I was looking for. I had a big job that required many different bolts to be tightened down. This set allowed me to chuck the 3/8” drive bit into my Milwaukee M12 driver drill & swap out sockets as needed. Great addition to my tool box. Love them.

I like the color coding for each size adapter. They look good and they work very well.
