RV cargo box
I used this box as an RV cargo box. I bolted it to a Tulie bike rack. Now its on the back of my Rv. I can cary items and 1 bike. Its a nice box. good locking latch, very solid latch. Has a good seal around the lid. Im dragging it around onthe back of the RV and no water has gotten in through lots of rain. Great weather seal around the lid. Good cary handles. they seem solid. The only thing that could be improved is the aluminum thickness. It bounces around a lot on the back of my RV hitch. Im hoping the aluminum will hold up. All in all, its been a great value this far. Ya, buy one.

Good buy
This came without any dents, scratches or defects. Plastic corner bumpers help prevent it from damage.Craftsmanship was adequate and handles and locks work as they should. I purchased this to use in the back on my Jeep Wrangler JK to hold tools and recovery gear. Very spacious. It should help protect these items from weather and opportunistic thieves when I have the window and doors removed for summer. At least that is my goal.

Great craftsmanship, overall rigidity however is hurrendous.
I purchased this box to use for a diy battery bank for overlanding. For the purpose of what I purchased it for, it's perfect, only becouse its being mounted on a perfectly flat surface with a shelving unit flush across the top giving it 2 perfectly flat connection points top/bottom. Without the added structural support that is provided by the truck bed and the 2x12 wood shelf with Brackets I don't think this box would hold up to much abuse at all. I certainly wouldn't ever consider mounting it anywhere that it could potentially be hit by road gravel or accidental bumps or dropped equipment on it. About as rigid as an empty beer can. However, if you are specifically looking for the lightest possible alternative to a Rubbermaid container that's aluminum it fits the bill perfectly. Again the craftsmanship itself, ie welds, Brackets, and mechanisms(lock/handle) are excellent. If this company made these same boxes with slightly thicker aluminum, or with internally mounted support bracing I would buy all day long with no regrets.

Really good for the price.
I bought this to put on the tongue of my 6x12 enclosed tool trailer. The point is to have my most used tools readily available without me having to go thru my trailer.I don't like to use keys because I always lose them. So, for this one I added a hasp so I can put a combination lock on there. See picture. It works just fine.Could the metal have been thicker? Yes, absolutely. But again, consider the price point.

Handy little tool box
This. Is a great product. Sturdy, lightweight and seals up nice to keep the elements out. The lock is a little stiff but some graphite or wd40 will help to free it up some. I actually have mine mounted on its side but it still works very well.

Tin foil is better!
I’m sorry I purchased this box, a roll of tin foil would have been better! One of the draw backs ordering off of Amazon. I will say, the product did arrive early (yay)… and the box was super light; largely due to the fact it is made of extremely low grade aluminum. The overall cost for the product is terrible. Had I seen this in the store, I would’ve never purchased. (Note: I have purchased a lot of items off of Amazon… most of my reviews are spot on and good… not in this case; very poor quality and not worth the money). Lesson learned. One star…

Decent for the money
This isn’t the most rigid box in the world so having it mounted to something to make it more rigid makes a huge difference rather than carrying it around loose.I drilled holes in the bottom and used u bolts to permanently fasten the box to my roof rack. I also added a couple of locking hasps from the hardware store to the lid for extra security. The seal around the lid works great and I used silicone to seal in all the holes I drilled for mounting. I’ve NEVER had any moisture in this box and I put it on my truck about 10k miles ago. And I’ve driven 75+ mph in snow and rain storms. The craftsmanship isn’t the greatest but it works fine to keep my chainsaw and recovery gear in.
