What a great supplement that helps with sleep! I go to sleep and stay asleep is the biggest find and find that I have noticed! There is no bitter aftertaste. There is no reflux afterwards and it is easy to swallow!. Thank you for making this supplement!!

This is primarily taken to help in joint support. Secondary benefit is solid sleep. This has helped my shoulder joints and the glycine is known for helping synthesize collagen. The collagen aids in keeping joints in working order. Have bought a number of times and currently taking this. I recommend this.

Since I don't have a reasonable baseline, I am not 100% sure these pills work for improving memory and recall, but since I have used them, I have found that I recall thoughts much better. I will keep in touch to better understand whether this work.

I started taking at nite to help with alertness the next morning. I saw no difference in my alertness. I’ll stick to my cup of Joe in the morning. At least I had no side effects

for my samoyed

I usually get solid 8 hours sleep, after starting taking this product I kept waking every hour or two at night. It caused severe bloating and abdominal discomfort. Fatigue, and didn't halp in anyway. It makes me feel very sick all over. NOT recommended.
