I love it!it came whole no scratches or cracks and it works great

I wish I could like this for the price, but the white plastic top that allows you to open & close the spout broke off and so if I close it by accident (or to travel with it), I have to use a knife or something thin to pry the spout open. Plus recently the suction completely stopped working on it, even though the straw and everything was connected, so I had to throw it out - and I only bought it maybe 1-2 mos ago. Pass.

I purchased two of these water bottles for my children. They're leak proof and seemed to work great for several weeks. Then, the tab that lifts the straw up kept easily coming off. The boys were not being rough with them. Now one of the sides of the tab has broken off and makes it difficult for him to lift the straw portion at all because of it's resting position inside the lid. The second bottle hasn't broken yet, but I know it's only a matter of time. With the straw tab up, it's still a functioning water bottle. However, it's no longer leak proof since he can't bend the straw down.

My girlfriend loves this water bottle. It is very easy to sip out of with the straw, and handle is great for carrying or clipping hair ties.

The durability, capacity, and customer service related to this product are all above average. There's also a lifetime warranty for the item.

My husband used this everyday and sometimes with tea. It lasted about 4 months, which in our house is pretty normal for travel water jugs. Don't dish wash the straw, prepare for staining if you drink iced tea in it

works great except the lip comes up and you sometimes have to push it back in order to drink

This product is awful. It leaks everywhere no matter how tight I screw the top on. It has ruined a lot of my belongings after I put it in my bag or backpack and it leaked all over stuff! I want a refund plus money to cover the damages this has caused!
