American Floor Mats - Diamond Plate Runner Mats - Durable, Abrasion Resistant Vinyl Mats, Rolls Black 3/16" Thick x 2' x 3'

I bought 3 solid black vinyl mats for my kitchen and hallway. I really like these vinyl mats because they are beautiful to look at; and they are elegant, stylish, tuff, durable, and easy to clean. I never have equated beautiful to a mat before; but these high quality vinyl mats with the unique design on them are beautiful to look at on my floors. They don't wear down and break apart and create tiny pieces of broken mat like rubber mats do. Before I bought these vinyl mats, I had rubber mats in my kitchen and hallway. After a short period of time, the rubber mats began to wear down and fall apart. As a result I was vacuuming often to clean up the tiny pieces of rubber mat that wore down and broke off. I find vinyl mats like these very durable and lasting; and they don't wear down and fall apart after a short period of time. Also, I was constantly tripping on the rubber mats. These vinyl mats lay completely flat on the floor with no curled up edges; so I have not tripped on the vinyl mat, and I don't think that I ever will. The design on the vinyl mats is stylish and makes the mats look elegant. Whatever your floor style is; these black high quality vinyl mats with the unique design will make your floors look even better. The only drawback is that these vinyl mats are not as soft as rubber mats. Because the design is not even with the mat and sticks out on the mat; when I walk on the mat in my bare feet it is an unpleasant experience. But, I usually have bedroom slippers or sneakers on, so walking on the mat is no problem. I plan on buying three more 3' by 6' vinyl mats in the near future.

Using this as a workbench top. Worked so well, I ordered another for a second workbench. Lays flat, strong, looks like it will hold up well with tools, etc. on it. Highly recommend.

Good product for garage but very nard material, hard on feet.

I purchased two separate mats to put on the side of my house where trash cans and garden waste brown bags are stored before they are collected. The mats cover a dirt area that always had weeds popping up and was unsightly to me. These mats worked perfectly. Not only did they lay flat immediately out of the box ( one was 10 feet long), but they covered the area perfectly. I chose to secure them with the same plastic spikes I used with my no dig edging. Both are black and they blend well. The mats are not thick so the spikes were simple to pound in. The area now looks neat, weed free, and mud free after it rains. I am very happy with the product and am thinking of covering another area in the yard next to a shed.

This vinyl mat fits very nicely under our kitchen sink after I cut off an inch from the side.We had a leak that wasn't obvious, and it pooled towards the center of the particle board.It had smelled a little moldy underneath, but we figured it was the trash can...NOT, so after removing all the items, I dried the flooring and soaked it up with tong oil, which waterproofed the board from water soaking in. Then, I sealed up the piping, but I needed some protection in case of another leak.This American Floor Mats Diamond Plate Runner Mat was the perfect answer. I installed it with a couple of inches of overlap on the backboard and trimmed an inch off the side for an excellent waterproof fit and protection. The mat measured 3/16" Thick x 2' x 3' originally for under $30.00, including shipping.

I used this to provide a protective layer for the wall of the storage area of our converted horse trailer bar. It will protect against scrapes from barrels and anything else we store in this area. I attached it with 3M contact cement and it looks amazing. I am considering a 6x3 piece for the floor now.

Had to return this because the size wasn’t exactly what we needed, I ended up having to pay about $30 back in shipping and only received a $7 refund compared to the full amount. Not happy with the seller at all.
