Is the color in these blocks UV stable? I want to be able to use them in a window.

Is the color a part of the material? Or is the block color coated?

From inspecting my blocks, I would say they are solid colour. If they are coated, it’s very well done for I can’t see it any indication; however I’ve only done a visual inspection. The blocks are very beautiful in person with each block beveled on the edges. I purchased these to place in windows and for my desk. They’re gorgeous pieces.

Are they very heavy? To travel with?

The weight of our 5cm strip acrylic block individual weight is 40g, and the weight of 16 pieces strips of acrylic is about 640g. The weight of 2.5cm acrylic square is 20g, and the weight of 16 pieces of acrylic is about 320g.
