Makes delicious cornbread
I was impressed with how delicious this gluten-free cornbread is. I used it as the base to make cornbread dressing at Thanksgiving. It makes a sweet cornbread that honestly had me coming back for more.

The Best Pancakes I have had in my Life!!!
I love this pancake mix so much! I have had Celiac disease for over 11 years and have tried a LOT of pancake mixes through the years because I love pancakes. I have found some good gluten-free mixes but they were just that, good. I've been using Cup4Cup's Gluten-Free flour for a few years and have been pleased with the results and so I decided I would give this mix a try and WOW! It is AMAZING!I almost couldn't believe how tasty they were the first time I made them! They were fluffy, had a nice buttery flavor, AND they had a perfect consistency! I had my husband try a bite(he hates Gluten-free baked goods and is always saying how gross they are) AND he stole my plate and ate the rest of MY pancakes! He said they are the best pancakes he has ever had and kept making me double-check that they were Gluten-free!The mix seems a little pricey but it is well worth the cost! It has enough for about two and a half recipes in each 2-pound bag and it makes about 13-16 pancakes per batch! It seems a little liquidy when you first are pouring it on the griddle, but the moment you flip the pancakes, they will poof right up into about a half-inch pancake!I get a 2-pound bag every month with my Subscribe and Save and it is by far my (and now my husband's) FAVORITE thing that comes every month! I even gave it as a Christmas gift to my sister who is also Celiac this year because I like it so much and wanted her to try it!If you are on the fence in trying this mix, just do it! As long as you follow the recipe on the back of the bag exactly, YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE! I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer! Enjoy!

Terrific results!
Finally a GF pie crust mix that is stress free , looks great, best of all it taste very good! Typically I have no issue in making a homemade piecrust. However, I have found GF homemade pie crusts have their challenges. They tend to crumble, fall apart, has a sandy texture and do not taste very good. This product did not present any of the items noted. Followed the directions exactly, pie crust rolled out fine, pliable to adjust into the pie plate and finish edge. Used for Pumpkin Pie

Only one pan of cornbread
If you like cornbread on the sweeter side, this one may be for you. It has a nice taste, but sweeter than I usually make.Be aware this is quite pricey for only one pan of cornbread! I had expected, for this price, to get a few pans of cornbread.

Amazing Results!
I'm not someone who knew how to make a good pie crust even before I had to go gluten free. But I sure do appreciate eating a good pie crust haha! And this mix my friends, makes a darn good crust. I followed the directions exactly. I used good quality, high fat butter. I rolled it out in between plastic wrap. It is delicious! Made an apple pie. Flaky, buttery, and it didn't crumble into a million pieces when I looked at it (if you know, you know #gfproblems)! I give it 4 out of 4 for quality and taste and overall ease. Now if we could just do something about the offensively high PRICE!!!

Great recipe
This has the taste and texture of traditional cornbread. You can also amend the recipe and add jalapeños, fresh corn, spiced honey - whatever. So it’s a great go-to.It doesn’t darken like you might be on the look for to tell whether or not it’s done so rely on experience and poke tests. Will buy again.

Taste Great
Made a batch of these yesterday and they were great. I made with the extra egg and additional teas. of vanilla extract. My husband did not notice any taste difference with it being gluten-free. No one in our family has been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity but I have been trying to do some diet eliminations to see if some annoying symptoms improve and decided to check this mix out so that when I want to be bad - I can still be good. I say that because I want to cut back or out additional sugar and this does of course have its fair share of that. Good mix as far as taste and very easy to make. Perfect results - what more could one ask for. Price is of course expensive compared to regular mixes - but hopefully as more people use - prices of gluten-free products will come down to compete against each other for the market share.

Wow
I made The best strawberry rhubarb pie with this pie dough. Me and my bf were amazed at how great it came out, and it was gone in less than 2 days just the 2 of us lol . We don’t normally eat a lot of sweets but it was just that good and better in some ways than pie crust with gluten. I have To admit though , it was a bit of a hassle to deal with because it required a processor for the butter and mix and could only be done in small batches at a time, so I found This a bit frustrating and worried when I added The water that it was too much , but I coated It in coconut flour (because I used The entire bag of this flour) and managed to handle it , it was very sticky. I worried even after refrigeration that it would be tough to handle as a lot of gluten free things are but the cold made it much easier (again needed to dust with coconut flour) I did A lattice top pie brushed with egg and milk and sprinkled with brown and white sugar. My only real complaint is the lack of cooking instructions , it says to just go by the recipe you’re working on , and I’m sorry but the dough is the main reason for differing recipe heat and time so I just don’t understand why that was. Anyway I followed a recipe that suggested 450 degrees for 25 minutes and then cover pie and lower to 350 for 20 minutes ... it browned very nicely but actually Just a tad too much So I would Lower it for next time .. and there will be a next time because we loved this pie. It was almost like a sugar cookie crust I guess; don’t expect it to be just like regular wheat pie crust, but great all the same.
