Wonderful product, great taste!
First off, this was packaged extremely well, fully sealed and I inspected the flour before using it, it looked clean and had a slightly coarser texture than say wheat flour tends to have.This was my first time trying buckwheat flour. I was hoping to substitute it into a colonial provenance bread recipe. The bread is fairly thick and grainy so I thought why not give this a try. I also substituted it in a first century barley bread recipe, but that didn't turn out as well.I think the flavor is great, and even though it didn't rise as much as other gluten free flour, I was still able to make bread with it (though it was a bit dense). I think the density has more to do with it being buckwheat and I not knowing appreciate ratios yet, than anything that reflects on the seller.

Gluten free
First time cooking and eating buckwheat, so I didn’t know what to expect. I developed gluten sensitive tummyand was looking into new alternatives. Very happy with this brand, better tasting than I thought, and it does take some learning to make flat bread and pancakes. Lots of fiber in buckwheat, so you feel full quickly. I would buy again.

Very good quality flour
It is very hard to find buckwheat flour in my area so I was very happy to purchase this. The flour is very good quality and the packaging was nice.

This is good!
It is better than most of the buckwheat on Amazon. This is the brown buckwheat and I like that better than the white.

Very strong flavor!
Not being very knowledgeable about buckwheat and ordering this to make pancakes was my mistake. This buckwheat is super strong! Not my taste, at all! If I ever, which I probably wont, order buckwheat again I will buy a MUCH lighter variety. I had to throw the pancake batter out. This doesnt mean it's a bad product, it may be perfect it's just my lack of knowing buckwheat.

Good Whole Grain Buckwheat
Don’t get this if you want a white flour replacement. It’s heavy and dark. Get this to make delicious hearty and filling pancakes and other things. It doesn’t negatively effect my blood sugar like other more refined flours and is very satisfying and dense. There’s a lot of confusion in buckwheat flour reviews from people not knowing the difference between this and the hulled whiter buckwheat flour. Don’t say it’s bad just because it’s not what you expected. This is exactly what I was looking for.

The Best
Best Buckwheat flour I've ever bought. The flour of other brands is white in color, this one is dark with little black particles meaning all the goodness is there. 3g of fiber per serving. Very nice rich taste. Delicious. Will continue buying
