Apps keep crashing, can’t watch YouTube or Netflix for more than 1min without the TV going back to the Home ScreenThe tv has already been replaced and the new one does the exact same thing

I bought mine December 2023. It does what it's supposed to do - just - but it's very slow and unreliable: apps crash; sometimes drops the (strong) wifi connection; restarts without warning; loses the Freeview guide and won't show TV programmes from the antenna. You often have to restart it just to get it to come out of standby. So the cheap price comes with some significant consequences. Would not recommend.

The software behind this TV is full of bugs, meaning nothing works as it's supposed to. Apps crash, the TV restarts randomly, the ability to record disappears, inputs (HDMI, etc) vanish without warning or explanation, and more. Awful.

i brought this tv direct from Currys just a week ago. it looks like and set up was easy and quick but since set up it has crashed twice ., the app will close and the tv will restart itself, and the apps are slow. it takes ages to open apps i mean 30 - 40 seconds some time, and its not a consistent time length. needless to say im sending i back

I never write reviews, but just bought one of these via Currys.During the first day of using:- unresponsive to remote- slow to load- internet kept dropping out (no issues with anything else in the house on the network)- image froze for 10+ seconds whilst audio continued- slow slow slow

The media could not be loaded. have been using it for a few weeeks nice works perfectly fine but for some reason the audio on disney + is abit quieter and sounds a bit weird but has lots of features 👍🏾
