May the force be with you
The media could not be loaded. Love it. It's sturdy and the light and sound effects are great. It's weighty which is good and the stand can hold it just as the hilt or with the blade in aswell. Easy to use and perfect for any collector.

Great piece
Have 4 altogether now. 2 from galaxy’s edge in Disney and 2 from force fx 100% recommend force fx over the Disney ones !

Not bad, but... Not the best lightsaber for the asking price
I got hold of Luke's lightsaber after getting Obi-Wan's FX saber in the same series. This FX saber looks about right when you compare it to the on-screen prop. It's easily recognisable as Luke's green bladed saber from Return of the Jedi. The bespoke blade has a nice smooth ignition and power-off animation and the sounds are about right. The top grip is fairly comfortable and it fits naturally in your hand. It's not a *bad* piece, so why am I getting mixed feelings over it?The problems come when you compare it to other pieces out there, either Hasbro Force FX or Disney Galaxy's edge. It's accurate enough but it's just not as good as other sabers on the market. Obi-Wan's in the same series is heavy and weathered. It looks worn in, and feels substantial; its button and ignition are tidy and firm, and the blade is very well held in. Luke's is light, and has a brushed aluminium finish that looks far cheaper than a chromed one would (was the movie prop like that?); the blade feels wobbly and it's got a jingly belt clip that sometimes sets off the saber clash effect. And that auxiliary button feels like it's off a Tonka toy, it looks cheap and feels too springy. Then compare it to similarly priced offerings from the Galaxy's Edge legacy range - admittedly many are sold just as hilts and need the interchangeable blade bought separately, making them pricier, but look at the Skywalker saber, or Ezra Bridger's, and the build quality is way better than this, more like an old Master Replicas reproduction.So... while it looks about right, and while it functions ok, it's hard to justify this going at the high price tag. It just doesn't measure up to other sabers in the same price band, and in some ways it feels a bit cheaply made, particularly compared to its Obi-Wan twin. So is it bad? No. It just isn't *that* good.

Definitely the Lightsaber I've been looking for.
It's been over 10 years ago since I've bought my first Force FX Lightsaber from Amazon which was the Obi Wan Kenobi Force FX Lightsaber with Removable Blade in 2013. But now with the latest one of the Force FX Elite Lightsaber from Hasbro is the Holy Grail of them all. The Luke Skywalker Force FX Elite Lightsaber is Awesome! Its got the sound what you want which was featured in ROTJ, The Mandolorian, The Book of Boba Fett and TLJ when you turn it on which is excellent! The design of the hilt is similar to Obi Wan Kenobi's with a Flange emitter on top but fit the blade into the hilt you, need to take off the thin neck emitter (which keeps the cabinet to insert the blade clean without any dust build up in it) then insert the blade emitter so you can insert the blade in it and turn the lightsaber on. After you turn it on, it lights up in perfect green just like you see in the films and TV series and the best bit is the button on the hilt where it makes all the sound effects such as deflecting blaster shots and when lightly hitting the blade, it make clash sounds when clashing with other Lightsabers. When you face the blade downwards and hold down the button, it make a noise and you'll pretend you're cutting a hole on the floor just like any lightsaber weilder would do in the Star Wars Franchise which is Cool! The only problem it's the hilt has a V-Ring or a Tri-Ring so you need to get a special belt clip in order for hilt to clip onto. You can get those from either on Amazon or Etsy.Highly recommended if you are a True Star Wars fan and a True Jedi Fan as well!

All important top Star Wars Gift
If you or your partner likes Star Wars, then this is a no brainer. Easy enough to assemble, makes all the noise and effects you’d expect from a lightsaber, and as an added bonus, it works like a treat for baby sensory! My partner is over the moon, so much so he bought the red one and duels with my eldest child.

It's like you'd imagine it
Was worried it'd feel cheap but is exactly how I'd imagine it would feel. Metal, cold and heavy... :D

Volume too low, glitchy saber sounds were odd and it got stuck on sometimes.
Considering the price of £95 compared to the usual price for these sabers, I thought this was a great deal.It arrived in a HUGE box (seriously, there's no need for the box to be that big...), and was a big awkward to get out.Once out, it's easy to assemble. It's well built, a solid hilt and the blade seems well made too.The lighting effects were ok, clash hit looked OK but the melt at the tip didn't look great. It had issues though.Half the time you hit something (even if you hit quite hard) it didn't make the clash sound. On top of that, if you swing it around sometimes it would make the clash sound instead of the motion sound, so that was odd. When the motion sound did work properly, it sounded OK.The volume is also very low. Even lower than the very cheap basic sabers you can get.The biggest issue is the fact that sometimes the lights in the blade would stay on when I turned it off.It was just the lights. The sounds would stop fine.I had to keep removing the batteries to get it to turn off (which was the only benefit of having normal batteries, for the price these should have rechargeables built in).Due to all of the above I had to return it. As it is quite cheap I may have forgiven some of the issues and kept it, but the lights getting stuck on like that was a deal breaker.Maybe all the Leia ones are like that and that's why they are half their normal price?

Good for the price!
If you’re looking for a better version than what a Galaxys edge one would be (if they ever release one of sabine’s) but don’t want to spend crazy amounts then this is it! Got it for my collection/cosplay and love it :)Actually like the rubber section of the saber as that makes more sense to me than having it all be metal lol, not sure if it would be great to handle all the time as the rubber could get marked up/dirty but since it mostly sits on my belt it’s great!

Amazing
Super cool gift for my boyfriend. Easy to put together and it glows really bright in the dark. The sound effects when you swing it around are also really cool and entertaining. I might buy myself one so I can have a lightsaber battle with my boyfriend.
