Yes, there are numerous small pieces that would pose a choking hazard to small children. There are several wheels, nuts etc that easily fall through a toilet paper roll which according to ABP toys that fit through a toilet paper roll tube are not suitable for children under 3 yrs.

Hello there, this play tool set is painted with water-based paint, which is environmentally friendly and safe.

Q: Is suitable for 2 year old child?

While we do recommend that kids be at least 3, younger kids can also play with their parents or grandparents.
