The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to find a desk that had not only a built-in computer case but also an LED glass top with the ability to raise and lower. I got the 2 boxes and couldn’t believe how much they weighed, good sign I thought. Upon opening the box and seeing how well it was all packed, then to see the case and desk were made of solid, thick steel. Again, I was super happy, that is until I plugged it in.What a letdown to something I was so excited to find. I could have bought any adjustable desk, but I chose this one because of the videos and images I saw of the LED light system added to this product line. They were all so bright and vibrant, so when I saw mine or should I saw couldn’t see mine I thought, maybe there is a brightness adjustment. No, they are just that dim, in fact unless you are sitting at the desk and in the dark, you can’t even tell it has lights. Even in the dark if you step 3 foot away you still can hardly see them. Something like this is supposed to be a center piece that stands out, not only seen when you’re sitting at the desk.When I called support, the phones automated system said the office was closed, this happened no matter what time of day I called, this went on for 4 days when I gave up. I then tried chat where I was able to speak to someone quick. I explained the issue with the lights, and that when I had requested a return, He said he would speak with the IT support manager and have a solution back to me. He stated they always respond very quick and would email me some next steps, well it’s been 7 days and no email. For the most inexpensive “high end” flagship gaming desk I expect better, better service, better support and a better product.I took several pictures of everything as I unboxed and assembled it since I was planning on making a awesome review on it..... When looking at the pictures of the lights keep in mind that my iPhone makes the images better (brighter) than in real life. Meaning the LEDs are dimer than in the pictures I’m including in this review.
