This is a great value for the money. It stays sharp but can be sharpened. I love the size. It feels good in my hand. It is convenient for chopping and slicing and dicing. I love the white handle, which white is hard to find outside of Cutco.

I chop a lot of vegetables. This knife very sharp, excellent quality, surprisingly low price. I paid twice as much for a similar, lighter Chef knife that needs sharpening too often.
