The moulding on the plastic parts of the Earpiece I received was terrible...it was preventing the connector inserting fully into the Walkie and it kept disconnecting from the socket I tried to remove the surplus plastic but the earpiece was still disconnecting much too easily and worse still colleagues could not hear me speak when I keyed the mic for some reason.Returned and Refunded
