I really like the new nailed and they are comfortable and seem to help with arch support. They are easy to insert or remove

I suggest following these steps for the best combination:1. Go to FleetFeet or some other shoe place that scans your feet for free using “My Volumental” and gives you a 3D model of your feet with all the details. They usually have foot specialists too. Have the report emailed to you.2. Buy the correct size and type of shoe for your foot. I over-pronate so I got 11.5E Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 which is a “support shoe” that helps with pronation (there could be better ones out there).3. Switch out the standard support cushion with the Walkomfy insoles. It was a perfect fit for my shoe.4. Enjoy!The Brooks Adrenalines did help to fix my pronation, but it was not enough. I could see and feel where my feet dipped inward from my arch. Their default cushion was just similarly shaped memory foam and not as high. This Walkomfy insole fixed that. It’s perfect AND the shape is supported by the shoe. That’s a key thing to consider. The shoe is designed for pronation and shaped like the insole. The insole has a higher bump for the arch support. I can feel both working together.This combination hugs my arched area perfectly and supports my ankles and legs properly to correct my over-pronation. When I step, there is no further inward tilt. The insole helps me to identify when I start to dip and feels springy. I will use that to train myself not to pronate. I can feel it even after I take my shoes off. Almost like it was a massage.Best of luck!!!

I really do like these insoles I can definitely feel my foot being more stable with the support that it offers. The only downside for me is that it wasn’t very soft, definitely more on the firm side and ridges that they have to conform your foot on the bed of the Insoles definitely is annoying for me maybe after a few weeks of wearing it will flatten more and be more comfortable

I have spent hundreds of dollars on doctors appointments, and feet inserts. Amazing how i purchased this product and it works better than the $400 dollar feet inserts my podiatrist gave me.

I’m on my feet all day as a janitor. I’ve used protalus but I wanted to save a little money. These give me the right support. I also have an inflamed tendon and pronation. Hard to find just the right arch support and heel support. My last pair of another brand wore out in less than a month and the heel cup was causing issues because it was like it sunk and I couldn’t walk right. So far my feet, hips and knees don’t hurt as much. I notice I’m walking the way I should

My foot is a size 12 and the insert box says it fits a size 12-12 1/2 shoe. I was surprised that I didn't have to cut the insert to make it smaller to fit my size 12 sneaker!The arch of the insert is not very severe that I noticed a big difference. I like the smooth material used on the surface of the insole, I don't think will wear out fast, but time will tell, I've only had these insole inserts for a month!
