Cash drawer is not working with this printer.
Product is best at this price. 5 star if consider price. 4 star if take average. 3 star, if you can spend 10,000 rs. But is Very Good product for beginners and let's see long term services and issues and also features quality.

Value for money
This is the best printer for the price. I have been using retsol for barcode scanner and other things. This is my first time trying out thermal printer after I have remained faithful to Epson tm t81/82 for over 10 years.This printer doesn't disappoint. Drivers are easy and supports all windows. Very easy to use and compact. Auto cut feature is best. Easy integration with tally, marg and other billing software.As per my experience, thermal printer have a printer head replacement cost in 3-5 years, and Epson printer head is costlier than total price of this printer, for that I believe it's a steal deal.Spares availability and service still remains a question, but nehru place is where my nearest service centre is. Hope I don't have to visit them.Review after one month of heavy usage with minimum 500 prints daily.

Terrific Purchase
I would say this printer is a very good choice for regular printing purposes like Supermarkets, Restaurants and other properties. Runs very smooth and takes less than a second to print a slip. This has autocut system which is a big advantage of this printer.
