It opened my sick kids closed nose and I woke up with no mucus on my throat, i finally had a good night sleep also my husband has sinus infection but he was able to breath without snoring

The humidifier is defective. It leaks water and does not produce any mist when turned on. I tested it correctly, but it does not work as intended. I would like to return it for a full refund.

Using it since some months and it’s good enough

Good build quality, looks nice and very quiet. There are three settings to increase/decrease humidifier levels. There is a smartphone app to control the appliance by connecting it with wifi. In the app you can set to automatically turn it off/on based on time. Through the app you can also read ambient temperature and humidity level measured by the appliance. I have a feeling the humidity reading it gives is not accurate but I haven't not checked by comparing it with a hygrometer so I could be wrong.

First item from this brand so bad.I bought it, it worked for 4 days then started leaking and on the week one it stopped working.I am very disappointed with this product

Aesthetic, functional, WiFi controlled.

At first, I ordered this humidifier and received the Lite version. I returned it and bought it again, and thankfully, I received what I ordered, so please check the version when you first receive it before opening the box.So I got it to keep my room humid and smell good, but I didn’t know that I would get sick from this thing. I haven’t tried humidifiers before; this was my first one and mostly my last one.The thing is, the water gets molded and smelly, and the whole tank gets bacteria all over the tank surface. The device user manual says you need to change the water every 3 days, but trust me, this thing cannot handle it for 2 days until you can smell a very disgusting smell from it. Even if you clean it very well with vinegar and keep it dry in the sun, it is still the same, and it doesn’t make a difference if you fill it with bottled drinking water or tap water. Bacteria will fill this tank in 2 days, and you should clean it at most every 2 days.It's a very hard job to keep doing this over and over.And I get a sore throat every time I turn it on. The bacteria from the water spreads in the air, and I breathe it.It’s a serious hassle. Trust me, if you just want a refreshing essential oil dispenser, don’t get humidifiers; you will regret it.The only thing that I’m rating this for is the build quality; it’s really high quality, and the simple and easy way to connect it to the app and control it via Alexa or the Mi Home App.

Perfect and big tank that last for long

Presque 1 an que je l'ai acheté, il fonctionne toujours aussi bien. Programmation très facile et intuitive via l'application "Xiaomi home" avec un taux minimal et maximal choisi qui se déclenche quand ça tombe trop bas ou s'arrête quand ça monte trop haut. Très efficace quand l'humidité tombe à 35% je l'active et quelques heures plus tard l'air de la maison est de nouveau entre 50% et 60% (j'ai un hygromètre placé à l'autre bout de la Maison et celui-ci confirme l'efficacité de l'humidificateur). Cependant il est conseillé pour la santé de mettre une eau déminéralisée.

Well, unfortunately, I believe I've bought it in the wrong month, I was not able to fully test it before the return date, otherwise I would have returned it for the reasons bellow:- The function "constant humidity" doesn't respect the threshold you set.- In order to have a proper control of the humidity in the room you must use automation, which takes you to a problem thehumidity sensor, for sure, is placed in the wrong place, after some minutes turned on it spikes to 60% of humidity, and I it is not, I have other humidity sensor in the to say otherwise. And I'm sure is a problem from Xiaomi Humidifier, because the previous humidifier that I was using it was a small difference from the other monitor I have.Pay a bit more and buy another product... a better one, not this rubbish.
