T-RACERS Series 2 – Car and surprise collectible driver. Car can be taken apart and parts are interchangeable

Purchased T- Racers for my son for Christmas, they were on offer at the time so a great price. They are easy to build and interchange with other T racer cars, with blindbags disclosing different elements. Definetly a great toy for any child that loves cars and building. Definitely will be purchasing more to build my sons collection.

The T-Racer comes in a chest-shaped box with a perforated, front tab opening. It is easy to open and reveals five different coloured bags which contain the surprise parts of the vehicle you have.. The packaging is nicely contoured and gives an exciting feel to the opening of it.In front of the bags is a catalogue leaflet that shows the different combinations of vehicle that are available. The intent of this is to make you want to collect them all. Naturally there is an Ultra-Rare model which everyone hopes for.The parts bags tear open easily. The parts clip together without a problem. The car is made of hard plastic. The driver is a softer, flexible plastic and has moving legs, arms and head. The shape of the driver's hands allow them to grip on to the car's steering wheel. The driver's helmet is not removeable.Once clipped together, the racer is a fun little car. The driver, having moving parts and being slightly bendy, is equally entertaining. The car has a nice weight and the wheels spin freely.This is a nice little toy that is easy to assemble and has the added play value and excitment of opening surprise packets. Be aware it is a collectable series and you cannot choose which car you get. There are eight different car fronts, eight different racers and cockpits, eight different rears and eight differen wheel sets. Each one of these sections has an Ultra-Rare version. Any combination of these eights could be in your box. The gamble is yours to take.

My son loves little collectible things like this, he was very up for trying this toy out!You get a little cardboard box with pouches inside, I really appreciate that they've used card/paper rather than plastic to be honest. It is incredibly frustrating to have plastic packaging to dispose of! So this was a huge plus. There are 5 pouches, each pouch has 1 item inside, there's 1 figure, 1 set of wheels, 1 cockpit, 1 front and 1 bumper. All the parts can be mixed with others, so you have a totally interchangeable toy. Really clever to allow this, it means that just collecting the cars/drivers isn't the only thing they can do. My son loved making his own car by selecting the bits he wanted :)Price, £5.99 at the time of my review, is really reasonable to be honest. You get plenty for your money and it fits perfect with my son's spending money each week. Really reasonably priced toy.Over all I think this is fab and would highly recommend.

These are fun little toys that tick all the boxes that small minds obsess about! Our 5 yr old had seen some adverts for them on the telly so was quite excited to try them out. They come in a cardboard outer and then each individual section comes in a little bag, so lots of unpacking and excitement to find out which bit you get. He could get into all the bags himself and the mid section of the car has different keyed slots for the front and back so they only go on the right way round. We have this set and another from the fire and ice range and you can chop and change all the bits to make your own designs, he's had lots of fun changing all the components around and is now looking at the very well marketed pamphlet that has all the other designs that you can collect, "oh daddy I want this super rare one next..." But good fun non the less, well made and not too expensive at £6

These cars and race drivers from the T Racer series are all randomly sent and each part (wheels, driver, car front, back and cockpit) is individually wrapped in a pack that conceals the part. A clue is given to the exclusivity of the part on the outer pack of each part, with the likes of Ultra Rare, Rare etc etc written on the pack to add to the surprise of opening each part with a special ultra rare gold effect car (the golden kraken) to collect in the series.Each part is interchangeable with other cars from the T Racer series to create over 500 different combinations of car, driver and wheel sets which make these cars more interesting and imaginative for kids to play with and collect.The price is good at just under £6 at time of review and about the same as shop prices.They arrive in a little carton that you simply pop open revealing 5 tear open packs to create your car and driver.As mentioned each part can be different in design and this is what makes the cars more imaginative as you can swap and change wheels, cockpits etc etc to create your own version of a T Racer car.In addition to these toys there is also a YouTube channel that shows mini series of the cars and driver characters racing against each other, each having their own special ability for racing which again and further boost play ideas with your child.The designs and graphics etc on the cars are all colorful and bright along with the mini posable racing driver figure which you can move the head, legs and arms with, each wearing various helmets/headwear and racing suits and again can be interchanged between any other T Racer vehicle.These are good quality and provide lots of variation to play if you purchase a few of these packs (hopefully you get different parts in each pack and not duplicates of drivers, cockpits etc)My boy is loving playing with these (he has a couple more of these so he's been busy changing the parts, creating his own cars)Good price and collectable, you can also buy various playsets such as a T Racer truck, track launcher etc to compliment these cars.
