I’m very happy to say that these all had accurate functionality. I DID notice you must keep them away from one another in order to have them all be accurate. Otherwise the Northern arrow is confused. We have a park birthday party and these are in scavenger hunt bags with a magnifying glass and flashlight (plus some nature stickers).

These are super cute little compasses. Perfect for crafting. They are very tiny and super cute as I said before I have not yet decided what to do with mine. I’ve got plenty of ideas. Crochet it into a kid’s jacket (or use appropriate glue, but it won’t survive the washing machine. They are very easy to read and they are somewhat accurate. Don’t expect high precision, quality or accuracy from these little cute compasses. Most of them seem to be pointing in the right direction most of the time. This might be a good keychain add-on, add to a zipper, shoe laces, earrings, bracelet… I won’t need all of them, but they came in one quantity. Share them with a friend. Donate any you don’t use.

work well when allowed to rest after taken out of package. Although it seems the magnet is rather week and lining two compasses up get a better result. need to have them further than a few inches apart so that they won't interfere with one another. Good value for the price they are small, about size of a nickel and must be on flat surface for at least a few minutes to be accurate.

Great price but most get stuck rotating or don’t point properly!

Nice little compasses I use on some of my search and rescue equipment.

I try to be as fair and impartial when reviewing my purchases but I can't with this one. 20 pack of compass buttons. 5 of the 20 were reading completely backwards...the "N" arrow points directly south...leaving 15 "working" buttons, 14 that are RELATIVELY correct (within 2°) and the 15th is off by almost 10°. I used my Cammenga as comparison. ONLY rely on these if you ABSOLUTELY MUST but i GUARANTEE you'll be miles off course at distance. You'd be better off using the sun and star constellations before these.

These little gems are great. Compasses perfect for my walking stick builds and to carry in your pocket for an emergency out in the woods. They are very accurate. I would definitely buy these again

I thought they were a great little deal. They're not very big 3/4 of an inch about 1.5cm across. It seemed like hey all worked, but as I got closer to using them for a school project (mapping skills) five didn't work. They work very slowly so in the end I had to get another set of compasses that were a bit bigger to get the job done.
