Very nice piece of equipment for your turntable that works to help clean the grooves and remove static from your LP. Simple to use but need to follow instructions.

This thing is amazing! You can hear the difference after taking just seconds to clean your record! I was shocked at the reduction of pops and the amount of dirt it removed even my oldest scratched record improved with a cleaning. The dirt was picked up by the brush easily, i tried not to follow thier method as i fear damage from dragging the brush across the record so I the pick up method. You can see videos on it. It collected dirt and hair and even brand new records had a layer of white dust, which I think might be paper dust from the jackets, that i was able to remove before playing.It removes static like a champ, but for extremely dry environments you’ll need to use something more drastic. It helped reduce static but not eliminate it. Lager debris was harder to remove and took a bit of a learning curve as i tried to avoid dragging the brush across the groves. What it does pick up could be pick up with a damp cloth if your record was really in poor shape or had lots of paper bit like mine seemed to have the other night. I digressIts only as good as dry cleaning can be so for serious dirt you will need to wet clean. It’s not a magic wand but it feels like one sometimes.Get one! Easier than a cloth and wont make static.

I’ve been collecting records for years, and have tried pretty much every cleaning method under the sun. While there’s no denying a good deep cleaning is necessary on especially dirty vinyl, I mostly needed something to remove natural dust and debris that accumulate though general use.The brush arrived in a pretty slick looking box. No chance of damage to the brush or bristles in this thing. Looks wise, I didn’t want any gaudy branding on something that was essentially going to be part of my everyday listening setup, which is part of the reason I chose this brush. It looks refined and classic, like the rest of my gear.In terms of build quality, this brush is easily the best I’ve used of it’s kind. No strays bristles fell out during use, which has been the case with other similar brushes I’ve tried. All bristles were perfectly straight coming out of the box, and stay that way as they’re stored inside the brush handle.The brush is the perfect size for cleaning a 12” record, and feels great in the hand. There’s a small edge inside the handle which when rotated over the bristles, gets rid of any collected dust. The carbon fiber bristles seem just the right stiffness, and very gentle on the vinyl surface. After cleaning a few of my dustier records, I could notice a definite improvement in sound clarity and fidelity.If you couldn’t tell already, I’m a massive fan of this brush. It's definitely the easiest and most effective solution I’ve found for regular, day-to-day record cleaning.

The first one I got did not seem to remove any static electricity. For example, if I put my bare arm close to a record and it’s full of static electricity I will easily feel all the malenky little hairs being pulled toward the disc. So I ran this brush over the disc a few times as described in the instructions. However, when I tested with my arm hairs it felt as if there was no difference. So I checked the conductivity of the brush and the handle, just like they show in the sales material, using a multi-meter. No conductivity! I questioned the maker of the brush on this and, no questions asked, they refunded my money AND sent me another brush. This brush came with a hand written letter of apology and assurance that this new brush was properly conductive between the bristles and the handle. I tested with my multi-meter and this time it was indeed conductive. So I went back to my original test with a record that had lots of static electricity on the surface. After running this new brush over the disc a few turns and it STILL felt like just as much static electricity was on the surface of the disc. So I give this company A+ for being stand up people and standing behind their product. It is well put together and works great for removing small debris on the surface. It’s great to use as a quick way to remove any small bits of detritus that may have gotten on your records since their last full, wet cleaning, but it doesn’t remove anything set in (not what it’s designed to do) and it doesn’t remove the static electricity from the disc (it is designed to do this, however).
