I bought this vacuum in 2019 abs it’s lasted only 5 years. Inside the nozzle tube gets clogged very easily causing me to take the hose off and unclog it. The hose is not easy to take off at all even though it should discharge once the two sides are squeezed and now the connector on the carpet head has come completely undone. I’m really disappointed in Electrolux. I believe the company was bought out and they just aren’t making them like they used to. I would not recommend. This is my parents and they love it. They have always had Electrolux. I had an old Electrolux and loved it which is why we choose this brand again. The quality has went way downhill. My last vacuum was half the price and much higher quality material.
