This company is a FRAUD! Stopped working after two minutes. Piston no longer moves up and down!!
Update 4: well after emailing the company they spoke with their engineers and had me empty all oil out of the machine, and then pour a couple ounces of gas into the oil chamber, shake it around, and drain it out then let the oil chamber drain for a couple days. Put oil back in and voila it started and has run fine ever since. But this machine was just too many headaches. Cheap started broke and had to be replaced, somehow mixed its oil and gas and failed miserably, caused delays. I have no idea how long it will last. Starter could beak again easily. Or it could miraculously get gas into the oil chamber and cause another 2 day delay. All I can say is, when it works, it works pretty well.UPDATE 3: At this point, this very expensive machine has become a door stop. I received the new starter and attached. It. After finally getting the machine to start all it does now is idle for a minute or two and then starts spewing gas into the air filter compartment, then the engine just dies out and gasoline runs out onto the ground through the air filter. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I want my money back. My helper and I can NOT GET THIS MACHINE TO STAY RUNNING. I own a TON of power tools so I know what I am doing. None of us can understand why gas spews out into the air filter???? DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET THIS. Now we have to drive the remaining posts by hand. Awesome.UPDATE 2: GARBAGE!! I am ticked at this point. After getting past the initial numerous issues, I have used this to drive 30 posts. It was stored in the shed and pulled out today. I tried to start it as I had done probably 20 times and the pull cord mechanism completed broke. I now have a 53 lb paperweight and still have 5 posts to drive. This was an expensive machine!! This company needs to send me a new pull start mechanism ! We saw that the mechanism is basically all cheap plastic. IF YOU BUY THIS YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT HEADACHES!! Send me a new pull start mechanism ( I need the entire thing as it is busted and the plastic is broken) OR TAKE THE ENTIRE UNIT BACK!!UPDATE: the choke on the machine is labeled BACKWARDS. On is OFF and OFF is ON. once I realized this i was able to get it to run and work properly. i drove a round 1 7/8" steel post 15" into ground in about 10 seconds. i am installing my fence this weekend and will update after I see how it performs!Shame on AMAZON for carrying such garbage products. And whoever wrote the ONE O5ER REVIEW WHICH WAS FIVE STARS WITH NO COMMENT, show yourself. And post a video of you actually driving a post with this. I call BS.One thing I notices right off the bat was that the machine had oil stains all over the labeling around the oil cap. I suspect this junk was used and somebody returned it broken since THE COMPANY DOES NOT ADD OIL YOU HAVE TO DO THAT. So they drained the oil for shipping to make it look new.But being desperate to get my project done I gave it a try. The manual is terrible. Sentences don’t make sense and the writer uses “OIL” and “GREASE” interchangeably LOL. I read the manual 3 times to be sure everything was assembled properly and all fluids were correct. The tool comes assembled So you only have to change the screw-on adapter for a larger post if you need that. I checked oil, which was empty as expected so I added SAE 30, 4 stroke oil which is what it calls for in manual. I then added regular unleaded gasoline. I checked the grease tank which was full on arrival.I then turned the kill switch to the bottom position (for starting), primed the carburetor, set the choke, and pulled until it started. The engine idled fine and when I pressed the throttle the engine revved up as expected. So I let it run for a few minutes and was ready to try a post.I started small with a 4 ft wooden stake that was 1 sq inch. I set the tool, (which is very heavy) on top with the smallest adapter secured and pressed the trigger. It very quickly drove the stake in and I stopped after just 5 seconds. I could tell the steel piston that goes up and down and acts like a “hammer” to pound the stake in was operating.I shut the machine off, got may 6 foot steel post, put it in the ground a few inches manually so it staid standing, started the machine again(it started easily), climbed up on my step ladder, placed the machine over the post with adapter barrel over the post end, and pulled the trigger….pfpfpfulbpfflbpluffblpflfb…. Nothing. Oh sure, the engine revved, but the piston hammer no longer went up and down. I was unable to drive the post even 1 millimeter. It just vibrated. I tried several times.IT IS GOING BACK!! Now my project is fkd this summer because I simply will not have time to do it.I am contacting AMAZON, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND JACKCHEN. This is fraud. No way this machine was not already broken when it arrived.
G**D
It works
But it takes a while to hammer in some T-posts. Maybe don't advertise that it's for T-posts? 3 stars.
