I received the order promptly. It arrived in perfect condition. I assembled it quickly and with no problem. The quality of the item seems to be very good. The marble base, which I am not sure is natural or synthetic, is nice and heavy and is the reason for the higher price compared to similar products. The dish connected at the top, for my tastes, seems annoying. It is always...there. I don't really have a use for it, except for one more roll, which I guess is fine. I will likely get used to having it, and it may come in handy for something else. I don't regret this purchase. I'm sure that it will be fine.

I like almost everything about this product.I love that my spare roll are elevated off the floor, the tray is just right for your phone or a small item. I like the square base and the finish is great and it holds the big sized rolls I prefer.The only drawback is it must be stabilized to tear off the toilet paper otherwise it just continues to unroll. I didn’t detract a star for that because I feel like it is a universal problem. Someone suggested hanging the roll “backwards” that seems to result in either the roll unrolling or only one square tearing off, plus it awkward to reach and aesthetically unpleasant, so no.

Surprised by the high quality for the price. Assembled easily and seems like it will last.

Update: the item itself was not solidly built, but the seller was wonderful about reaching out to provide an exchange or refund. I added a couple of stars for the good customer service.--After only 2 months of light use, the stone base crumbled where the metal post attaches, so now the entire thing is useless. Item supposedly has a warranty, but cannot contact the seller to get a replacement, so am stuck with a broken stand. The concept for this is good, but I would NOT recommend getting any version of this that has a stone base, as it is not durable.
