These are used every single time an order with a Philly Cheesesteak is taken. The grillmaster uses the tongs to open the wax paper away from the meat so that it can be applied to the grill. Since they're made from one piece of metal instead of two, I expect these to break at the bending point within a year of every day use, but the ease of cleaning them since they're flat and not complicated is more than worth it. If they fall on the floor? It takes 45 seconds to run to the sink, scrub the filth, sanitize it, and get it back in the line, and 30 of those seconds is from waiting for the sanitizer solution to do its thing.
