Alka-Seltzer Effervescent Gold, 36 Tablets, Pack of 3

This has no aspirin, perfect for people on blood thinners who aren't allowed aspirin. It's a great and very simple heartburn treatment. I haven't found a substitute that doesn't have sweeteners or other extraneous additives.

Tastes good and works well for alleviating detox symptoms.

I love these because they taste decent. Most other formulas do not.

The Alka Seltzer Gold arrived on time and packaged very well. I ordered this item on line because they don't sell it in the drug store anymore, not sure why. I have been using alka seltzer gold for occasinonal indigestion and it works very well, and it doesn't have the sodium in it that regular alka seltzer has, so i would recommend this product and seller to others.

Great antacid without the pain killer mixed in like normal alka-seltzer.

I have to take aspirin for my heart everyday, so I don't need aspirin in my heartburn relief. I was very happy to find these! Thanks, Alka-Seltzer! They are a bit more expensive than regular Alka-Seltzer, so I dropped one star in the rating, but overall a great product!

My allergist told the front desk be ready to call 911, but he stopped my reaction with this. It has been discontinued, please go to alka-seltzer site and use their chat to tell them it's used for that, which they have not advertised, and please sell it in stores too!
