I hightly recomment this pillow! Its comfy, it has nice support and i dont have headaches anymore. I dont wake up with my neck hurting. The price was also very nice, got some discount. It came in a tube, took only few mins to get in full size.It is not heavy, and it allows you to sleep on your belly.Quality is precize.

Update. 18 months on I still love this pillow, it's not squashed down, it's still how it is when it arrived, perfect.I read some mixed reviews but went for it anyway and jm glad I did. I'm a side sleeper and from the moment I put my head on my new pillow I could tell it would make a difference, I felt supported but not so firm as it felt hard, my neck felt aligned in the right place and I slept longer, and that's just the first night. I'm so pleased I took the chance. I also noted no strange smell which some people mentioned and yes it is heavy but that's because it's solid memory foam, not foam bits or feathers.

Exactly what I was looking for, a firm supportive pillow but still soft and comfortable with decent height to take up longer shoulders. Unfortunately it is shorter in length than standard which makes it look a little silly in pillow cases but I’m happy to overlook that as it ticks all the boxes of what I wanted.

This pillow has spoiled all other pillows! I have to take it on holiday with me now. I suffered terrible neck pain for years but not any more, it is deep and properly supportive, it doesn’t collapse under your weight but really keeps your neck aligned and there is none of the “sponginess” some memory foam pillows have. Great value for money as well!

Side sleeper here. This pillow was definitely not for me, but I'll evaluate it in a way that hopefully helps others figure out if it might be for them. It seems to be made with high quality memory foam, which I would catalogue it as being high in firmness (not medium). It keeps it's shape throughout the night and provides very good support. The problem is that since it does not give way (which is kind of the point of these pillows), if the height is not perfect for your body size--that is, to keep things aligned at the appropriate level--it will be very uncomfortable, and there will be nothing you can do about it, as there is no way to mould its shape. I'm a fairly small person (159 cms) and the pillow unfortunately forced my neck up at a slight angle that was really uncomfortable and that grew painful over a matter of a few hours. So, aside from the foreign sensation of the pillow being very firm (I had never used such a firm pillow before but was open to trying), the problem was really that it forced my head a bit upward rather than promoting straight alignment. After about 4 hours of not really being able to sleep and feeling the pain in my neck growing more intense, I finally gave up and went back to my prior pillow (which is too flat for me but at least can be sort of moulded). So, tragically, useless to me for me. I suspect if I were a larger person and it promoted the appropriate alignment, it might have worked much better. It's a shame as I really wanted this pillow to be the solution to my nocturnal neck pain, but it did the opposite, and made it a lot worse. I shall continue the search.A couple of additional comments: Note that the pillow is slightly shorter than average sized pillows--something that didn't bother me. And unlike some complained, I had no issues with it smelling odd (and I used it just a few hours after removing from the box) and I also had no trouble with it expanding.

I was looking for something very very firm, possibly more similar to a sofa seat cushion. Thought I would give this pillow a try as some reviews said it was too firm.I am really happy with this product, there is a good amount of firmness and my head and neck feel supported but it is still soft and you do not overly sink into it. Even returns to shape when I am sitting up in bed reading! I would recommend.Side note: I did see some mention in reviews of the pillow not puffing up after removing it from its packaging. I had no issues, it puffed up as soon as I put it on the bed, so fast I couldn't get my phone out to video it

I was very excited to get myself a good quality memory foam pillow as my neck is recently starting to suffer a bit during sleeping so I wanted to find decent supportive pillow to help me. Well this one is not the right one at all... I do not really understand all the good reviews which made me to buy it. I should have read the negative ones first... this pillow is very hard to lie on, it feels very very firm and strong and your head does not sink in it at all.. it just stays up high and that made my neck and back even worse... deffinitely not for back and front sleepers. Maybe but really only MAYBE you could cope with this pillow if you slept the whole night on the side. But that's it. No other possition is comfortable and even on the side I personaly find it still very high and very rock hard... I do not think this is even a memory foam at all. Bad experience for me. And I cannot forget to mention very strong chemical or what-so-ever smell after opening and it actually made the whole room smelly. Waste of money really. I returned the pillow at the end.

It keeps it shape well it's very comfy but a firm comfortable, I've had this nearly a year now and it's just as squishy as the day I got it.It's actually the only pillow that's impressed me.
